Role Overview

Join Spotify’s Japan Growth team to help grow the subscriber base in Japan, shaping the growth strategy, turning customer insights into action, and finding new ways to connect Japanese listeners with Spotify Premium.

What You Will Do

Lead Spotify’s growth strategy in Japan, drive Premium subscriber acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance, and design and run experiments across paid, owned, and in-app channels.

Requirements

• Experience driving growth in a digital consumer business
• Owning subscriber or commercial growth targets
• Digital marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns
• Data, analytics tools, and experimentation
• Subscription business economics
• Analytical thinking and creative marketing instincts
• Japanese consumer behaviour and culture
• Collaboration across functions, influencing stakeholders, and taking ownership of initiatives
• Fluent Japanese and confident business English
