Role Overview
Join Spotify’s Content Partnerships team to build meaningful relationships with creators across Lifestyle & Wellness, helping them understand their performance, develop their audiences, and adopt Spotify products.
What You Will Do
Manage relationships with creators, support the growth of Fitness on Spotify, develop a deep understanding of creators’ businesses and goals, and use performance data to advise creators on content strategy.

You will bring a strong understanding of video, podcasts, and the creator ecosystem, and have a passion for the evolution of podcasts, video, and creator-led content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of partner-facing experience in creator or talent relations, account management, business development, or a related field
- Established relationships with podcasters and/or video creators
- Understanding of the audio, video, social, and creator landscape, including emerging formats and trends across Lifestyle, Wellness, and Fitness
