This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic business development initiatives across our sites, working closely with the State Business Development Manager and General Manager and Director of Clinical Services.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, health, marketing, commerce, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in business development within private hospitals or healthcare services
• Proven success in sales, marketing, or growth-focused roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives
• Experience in business case development and budget management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
