Role Overview

The role involves system administration, user support, project management, business analysis, and development of Sales and Service Cloud environments. The Salesforce Administrator serves as a subject matter expert and internal consultant, providing both system administration and strategic guidance to drive productivity and operational success.

What You Will Do

Maintain and support the Salesforce instance, perform administrative functions, create and maintain automation processes, act as the primary escalation point for end-user Salesforce support, and participate in the prioritization of enhancements and user acceptance testing of Salesforce projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) certification
  • Platform App Builder certification
  • Proven experience with Salesforce technologies such as Flow and Lightning App Builder
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Intelligence, Hubspot
  • Experience using Data Loader and SOQL
  • User, sharing and permissions management utilizing profiles, permission sets, and public groups
  • Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce pages
  • Microsoft Excel experience utilizing formulas to clean data
  • Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills
  • Solid understanding of workflow and data relationships
  • Strong communication skills, working with technical and non-technical people
  • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills
  • Flexibility – the ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Initiative – Be a self-starter. Don’t wait to be told what to do when you see a problem, however if you can’t resolve it yourself, use resources to find someone who can
  • Technical aptitude with solid understanding of the co-relationship between technical tools and business process
