Role Overview

As the Business Development Specialist, you’ll be part of our Sales Team with a dedicated focus on growing the Facom product line across Eastern Poland and Baltics Countries. You’ll drive sales growth, demonstrate products, and work directly with distributors and industrial customers.

Drive sales growth of the Facom product line, demonstrate products, work directly with distributors and industrial customers, organize product training sessions, and provide technical advice.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of professional tools and their applications
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Relevant experience in sales, technical, mechanical, or industrial environments
  • Ability to explain the use and benefits of tools and accessories to customers in a clear and practical way
  • Polish and English language skills, along with a valid Category B driving licence
