Finance Director, T&O FP&A

Role Overview

The Finance Director, T&O FP&A will be responsible for executing key aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and reporting of financial performance for the T&O business.

What You Will Do

The role will involve leading monthly and quarterly close, reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles, preparing and submitting daily, monthly, and quarterly financial deliverables, and developing clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate financial presentations.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 10 years of work experience, including minimum 5 years in Finance / FP&A roles
• Strong Analytical Skills, Proven Problem-Solving Skills, Solid Oral and Written Communicator, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Ability to work across all functions, Generate Solutions/Recommendations to issues before topic is presented to management, and excellent computer skills
