Requirements

  • Manage a book of business with strong productivity and pipeline discipline
  • Drive sales and profitability within existing accounts
  • Make outbound calls to grow customer base
  • Educate customers on Quill’s products and programs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maximize account potential
  • Conduct meaningful sales conversations with high-value customers
  • Review P&L and revenue analytics to protect financial health of accounts
  • Identify under-penetrated categories to increase YOY revenue
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity metrics and KPIs
