Digital Brand Manager

Role Overview

As a Digital Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Roastery experience to life through compelling digital storytelling, integrated campaigns, and customer-facing communications.

What You Will Do

You will lead digital brand execution, own content creation and storytelling, bring campaigns and experiences to life, manage digital channels and brand presence, drive marketing operations excellence, and leverage insights and partnerships to drive results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, communications, social media, content creation, or related fields
• Experience creating and managing digital content, including photography, videography, copywriting, social media, website content, and customer-facing communications
• Experience executing campaigns, launches, and marketing initiatives from planning through implementation
• Experience managing digital channels, online brand presence, and content governance while maintaining alignment with brand standards
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed organization
