Role Overview
As a Senior Brand Manager supporting the Roastery business, you will lead the integrated brand, customer experience, and category agenda across the U.S. Roasteries. This role is responsible for bringing the Starbucks Roastery brand to life through coffee, merchandise, food and beverage innovation, digital storytelling, events and experiences, partnerships, and customer-facing marketing initiatives that drive engagement, business performance, and brand affinity.
What You Will Do
Lead the U.S. Roastery brand and customer experience agenda, develop and oversee annual and seasonal plans, lead and develop a high-performing team, bring campaigns and experiences to life, drive operational excellence, leverage insights to improve performance, build strategic partnerships, and manage business and brand performance.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, category management, customer experience, marketing, hospitality, retail, consumer packaged goods, or related fields
- Experience leading integrated marketing, customer experience, category, or commercial functions
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience bringing campaigns, product launches, events, and customer-facing initiatives from concept through execution
- Strong understanding of brand management, customer engagement, category management, and commercial planning
- Experience developing integrated business plans, managing budgets, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence across functions and drive alignment in a matrixed organization
