Join Starr, a global leader in commercial insurance, to drive our multi-phased Salesforce transformation. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you’ll design integrated solutions, implement MDM strategies, enhance data governance, and execute client unification initiatives across our CRM landscape.

What You Will Do

Design, configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions to support insurance business processes, including submission creation, triage, clearance, and lead tracking. Develop and maintain client unification solutions, integrate MDM and data governance technologies, and mentor junior Salesforce developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering large scale, enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Experience providing technical mentorship and informal leadership to development teams
• Proven expertise designing and implementing MDM, data governance frameworks, and client unification
• In-depth understanding of insurance business processes and integration with core insurance systems
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Experience with industry-standard data governance/MDM tools
• Excellent technical, communication, and documentation skills
• Solid experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development best practices
