Growth Marketing Manager

Stay AI is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline across key segments by executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation tools, and keeping the engine of demand generation programs running smoothly.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand gen or marketing operations role
• Experience across a number of demand generation tactics, including paid media, email marketing, SEM, SEO, content syndication, CRO, direct mail, and events
• Proficient in ABM tools, Claude Code, Hubspot, and Clay
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset; comfortable looking at performance dashboards and making recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
