Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on Steer Health, you will be responsible for developing a predictable and sustainable pipeline for the sales team to help drive sales for the entire organization.
What You Will Do
Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn, target ambulatory healthcare providers and multi-site medical groups, and book meetings that convert into real pipeline opportunities.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years in sales, business development, or high-volume outreach roles
