Role Overview
Lead the analysis and design of relevance models for the search engine, using data science and machine learning techniques to optimize searchability, improve search result ranking, and enhance the search experience.
What You Will Do
Analyze search engine performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and design hybrid ranking models using techniques such as Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF).
Why It Might Be a Fit
Collaborate with the Search Engineer to implement improvements based on the analysis performed, and define and monitor quality metrics of the ranking, such as NDCG and MRR.
