Financial Analyst

Stem is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Software division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting corporate finance functions, including monthly and quarterly closing activities, and developing Key Performance Indicators and analytical frameworks to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of directly applicable experience in FP&A, business finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, AI platforms and experience with building complex financial models
• Proficiency with financial reporting fundamentals (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement, monthly key metric reporting) and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work independently
• Clarity and concision in both written and verbal communication
• Experience supporting a SaaS-based business model
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Vena, or similar systems is highly preferred
• MBA (Finance) or PG Commerce background
