Role Overview
Join our team as an Account Manager in the Inside Sales (m/w/d) – B2B Large Accounts department, advising and developing our most important existing customers. You will work with various interfaces to develop accounts with passion and act as a partner on an equal footing for our customers.
What You Will Do
Support the penetration of our large customers, advise subsidiaries of well-known companies on the use of StepStone products, and develop accounts with passion. You will also monitor the market and identify further promising customer potential.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Several years of sales experience in B2B sales with a consultative sales approach, high negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills are required. Experience in the digital environment or recruitment is ideal.
Requirements
- Several years of sales experience (min. 2 years) in B2B sales with a consultative sales approach (‘consultative selling’)
- High negotiation skills and sales security on decision-maker level
- Excellent communication skills and competence in relationship management
- Negotiation-secure German knowledge in word and writing
