Role Overview
The Conference Services Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned event revenue and satisfaction goals by effectively servicing clients and managing food and beverage minimums. This role ensures the smooth execution of conventions and events while working with the Director of Sales to meet the hotel’s revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
What You Will Do
Conduct solicitation calls, property tours, and client entertainment to secure business. Monitor and evaluate trends within the assigned market segment. Develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and policies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, hotel management, or convention center operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of event planning, food and beverage management, and convention services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple events and meet revenue and service goals.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
