Revenue Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Manager will own the numbers for the entire commercial engine, building a single version of the truth that runs marketing, sales, and customer success functions. They will take accountability for the integrity of the full commercial funnel and set consistent rules across the business.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities of the Revenue Operations Manager include building and maintaining complete visibility across the revenue line, setting and enforcing definitions and rules, owning HubSpot end-to-end, producing forecasts and reports, contributing to commission plan design, and presenting to the board.

The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, or similar roles, with ownership of the full commercial funnel. They will be an expert in HubSpot, use AI regularly, and have experience in multi-product SaaS. They will also be able to present to senior audiences, push back on senior leaders when necessary, and explain complex commercial logic in plain language.
