Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team across North & Central Italy. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving regional growth, developing talent, strengthening customer relationships, and leading both direct and indirect sales channels.

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Advanced English level (C1)
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of successful commercial experience within sales and/or marketing roles
- 3+ years of people management experience (direct or matrix leadership)
- Experience within operating room environments
- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial targets
- Experience within the Medical Devices industry
- Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
