Role Overview
Define and execute a forward-looking strategy for clinical skills and knowledge development in surgical robotics and medical technology. Champion clinical excellence by ensuring translation of complex technologies into high-impact procedural competencies.
What You Will Do
Lead governance and standardization of clinical education programs, partner with commercial leadership, design and implement structured learning frameworks, establish and track performance metrics, and drive training readiness for new product and technology launches.

Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience
- 7+ years in medical devices, healthcare, or commercial (sales/marketing) roles
- Prior experience in people management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
