Role Overview
The Business Development Representative is responsible for growing the facility’s lines of service and levels of care by developing and retaining referrals from professional referral sources.
What You Will Do
Develops and implements business development programs, maintains a schedule of primary sources, and documents contacts in a CRM system. Develops strong relationships with key referral sources and maintains business development accounts.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Two years’ related experience in healthcare business development and marketing role in behavioral health or substance use (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Automobile insurance coverage
- Access to an automobile
