Partner with RevOps and Outbound Growth Lead to remove hiring bottlenecks and integrate AI-driven tools. Develop SDR talent into future sales roles. Proven experience leading an SDR function at scale, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and ability to communicate with clarity and conviction are required.
