Role Overview
Join the Customer Success Management team to improve customer retention of products and services in Chile. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of high-value customers, creating a constant communication relationship and attending to their needs.
What You Will Do
Conduct meetings and visits to understand merchant needs, make outbound contacts to prevent churn, and execute retention metrics. Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities and provide exceptional service to merchants.
