Role Overview
The Sales Enablement team exists to make our sales team’s lives easier. As SumUp’s SDR function continues to scale across Spain and Italy, we’re building the coaching infrastructure that will help that growth stick. This role sits at the heart of that shift: moving the SDR team away from volume-led activity toward higher-quality prospecting, stronger discovery, and higher-value merchant acquisition.
What You Will Do
Own SDR new hire onboarding, role-play capability, and ongoing skills development across reps located in Barcelona and Milan but serving a variety of European markets and languages. Build and maintain structured coaching frameworks, scorecards, and feedback loops in partnership with SDR Team Leads.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Have experience in B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Sales Training, with a strong understanding of outbound sales, discovery, objection handling, and qualification. Have the ability to coach using call recordings, role plays, scorecards, and performance data to drive measurable improvement.
