Team Lead Account Manager – English

As the Account Management Team Leader, you will lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to driving retention and revenue growth within a portfolio of small merchants.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in managing large accounts
  • Strong leadership experience, managing high-performance teams
  • Strong sales and upselling capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring KPIs and portfolio performance
