Sales Operations Specialiast – Bulgaria

Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, assist in contract preparation, and coordinate project delivery. Act as a point of contact for customers and prepare regular shipment reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role
• Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers
• Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• English language skills at C1 level
• Bulgarian at C2 level
• Chinese at B2 level is a plus
