Data Engineer (GCP + Big Data)

Synechron is seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Hive, Spark, and Python to build scalable, reliable data pipelines and deliver high-quality data solutions for business-critical applications.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient data pipelines on GCP
• Perform data ingestion, transformation, and processing using Hive, Spark, and Python
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and provide timely resolutions
• Stay up to date with emerging data engineering technologies and contribute to platform enhancements and process improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
