Inside Sales & Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding

Role Overview

Accompany the commercial and operational management of the freight forwarding unit, ensuring the follow-up of businesses and operations from start to finish.

What You Will Do

Follow up on proposals, quotes, clients, and commercial opportunities, manage the operational, commercial, and post-sales follow-up of shipments, and maintain communication and coordination with shipping lines, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements

• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, cargo agencies, international logistics, maritime agencies, or related sectors
• Knowledge of import/export processes, customs, tariffs, and operational topics related to international cargo
• Knowledge and relationship with shipping lines and suppliers in the sector
• English proficiency
