Marketing Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead the comprehensive marketing strategy, aligned with the company’s commercial and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience leading marketing teams and a solid knowledge in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, automation, and analytics tools.

What You Will Do

Design and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy, develop omnichannel campaigns, build and execute marketing plans, lead the brand’s digital strategy, oversee content strategy, manage trade marketing initiatives, and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Requirements

• Professional in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields
• Desirable specialization, master’s degree, or MBA in Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management, or related areas
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience leading marketing teams in leadership or senior coordination positions
• Experience in mass consumption companies, retail, entertainment, advertising agencies, or highly dynamic environments
• Solid knowledge in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, automation, and analytics tools
• Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
• Intermediate level of English (B2), especially for reading and managing digital platforms
