Senior Business Development Manager, Growth Advertisers (APAC)

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will own new business development across APAC, building a portfolio of high-growth DTC ecommerce, affiliate and performance marketing advertisers from the ground up. You will identify the right businesses, build relationships with founders and decision-makers, originate and close deals, and help advertisers build the foundations to scale on Taboola.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with Growth Marketing to turn emerging brands, communities and acquisition trends into scalable commercial opportunities. You will need to understand everything that happens after the click, from creative, landing page and offer through to conversion rate, AOV, CPA and LTV, and use data to help clients see what needs to change to grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, business development or commercial growth
• A strong track record of sourcing, pitching and closing new business
• A genuine hunter mentality and proven ability to create pipeline through outbound, relationships, referrals, partnerships, events and communities
• Credibility with founders, media buyers and senior commercial decision-makers
• A highly data-driven approach to selling and a strong grasp of advertiser economics
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, including affiliate models and the broader B2C acquisition funnel
• Experience with entrepreneurial, fast-growing or performance-led businesses, and the ability to operate autonomously across multiple APAC markets
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with professional fluency in English
