Role Overview
The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing brand market development strategies and preparing for the successful launch of high-quality new products within assigned brands. Accountable for executing, monitoring, and analyzing pre-approved strategic plans to drive brand growth, as well as preparing for and actively participating in sales meetings and promotional activities.
What You Will Do
Define and manage sales and investment targets for brand and new product launches, develop and execute product strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans, design and implement market research and insight programs, and coach and develop team members.
