Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will justify a successful experience on data and analytics projects with high stakes, combining data transformation and decision-making restitution. You will have a strong culture of analysis restitution and data storytelling, with the ability to adapt messages to different populations.

What You Will Do

You will explore, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance levers. You will use data analysis techniques such as segmentation, behavioral analysis, performance analysis, correlations, anomaly detection, and knowledge of Power BI’s AI features to enrich analyses and accelerate insight production.

Requirements

• Holder of a Bac + 5 (engineering school, university) or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis
• Advanced mastery of Power BI
• Excellent ability to explore, analyze, and interpret data
• Strong culture of analysis restitution and data storytelling
• Mastery of data analysis techniques
• Knowledge of Power BI’s AI features
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio)
• Solid mastery of SQL
• Use of data preparation tools (DBT, Dataiku, Alteryx)
• Good understanding of data models and modern analytical architectures
• Sensitivity to data quality, reliability, and governance issues
• Ability to exploit diverse data sources and cross multiple information
• Mastery of AI and generative AI usage
• Ability to use AI assistants to enrich analyses and improve decision-making experience
• Sensitivity to data traceability, quality, security, and governance issues
• Experience with modern analytical environments (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric)
• Understanding of data storage, transformation, and exposure principles in modern analytical platforms
• Knowledge of versioning (Git) and collaborative development practices
• Experience with agile working mode (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE)
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Mastery of collaborative tools and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams…)
• Good level of professional English (oral and written) – B2 minimum
• Certifications (a plus): Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600), Databricks Data Analyst Associate
