Our client is a leading iGaming solutions provider offering a comprehensive range of products for online casinos and sportsbooks. The company specializes in innovative technologies such as AI-powered analytics and crypto-friendly systems, serving clients across Europe, Asia and Latin America.

Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming industry
  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles
  • Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
  • Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools
  • Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling operational client requests
  • Basic understanding of payments, providers and platform integrations
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Russian language is required
