Requirements
- Experience in iGaming industry
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles
- Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
- Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling operational client requests
- Basic understanding of payments, providers and platform integrations
- English level: B2 or higher
- Russian language is required
