Account Manager for Casino Platform

Manage day-to-day communication with platform clients, track client requests, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely client updates.

Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles
  • Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows, and client communication processes
  • Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Russian language is required
