Manage day-to-day communication with platform clients, track client requests, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely client updates.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles
- Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows, and client communication processes
- Experience working with Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools
- English level: B2 or higher
- Russian language is required
