Requirements
- Experience in iGaming industry
- Account Management, Customer Success, Client Support or Operations roles
- Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
- Back Office systems / CRM / task tracking tools
- English level: B2 or higher
- Russian language required
