Role Overview

Taxfix is a compassionate group of solution-finders working on fixing the fear of tax refunds. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will find, test, and scale what works for self-employed people and small businesses in Germany.

What You Will Do

The role involves finding opportunities worth running, turning customer conversations into hypotheses and experiments, and building multi-channel strategies for awareness and demand capture.

The ideal candidate is a strategist and operator who can ship a first version this week over polishing a plan for a month, with 5+ years of experience in B2B go-to-market, growth, strategy, or another go-to-market function.

Requirements

• Strategist and operator in one person
• 5+ years in B2B go-to-market
• 5+ years of experience in B2B go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function
• Zero-to-one experience
• Close to the customer
• Data literacy
• Agility and speed
• Curious about B2B growth and AI
• Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and small businesses buy
• Fluent German is a big plus, not a must
