The Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate (14 month FTC) role involves leading business development and marketing strategy for the Business Group, supporting revenue growth, client retention and origination, and developing thought leadership and profile-raising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have previous BD experience at manager level, a high level of personal credibility and impact, and excellent team management and communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous BD experience at manager level
- Ability to provide commercial and proactive advice on business development, marketing and communications issues
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and deliver under pressure
- Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with generating meaningful data and reporting for business intelligence and targeting purposes
