Role Overview

The Business Development Associate supports a team of Business Development Officers in identifying, marketing, and selling loan products to small businesses and regional commercial markets. The role involves providing sales, deal analysis, and process support to Business Development Officers in a defined region.

What You Will Do

The Business Development Associate will participate in marketing efforts, develop close working relationships with internal and external partners, and manage all aspects of closing approved lending requests.
