Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager for CCA (Caribbean and Central America), you’ll help shape customer sales strategies and expand business across the region. You’ll build trusted relationships with assigned accounts and connect customers with product-line solutions that advance their priorities and deliver strong financial results.
What You Will Do
Become a trusted advisor to assigned customers by bringing deep knowledge of relevant brands, products, technologies, and solutions. Bring strategic account-growth plans to life, strengthen customer partnerships, and create demand through value-added solutions, seminars, training, and awareness of available resources.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three or more years of relevant professional experience.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong knowledge of an assigned product or service line and curiosity to learn the organization’s broader portfolio.
- Experience guiding small to mid-sized accounts of moderate complexity toward growth.
