Inside Sales Operations – Software (m/w/d) Employee

Role Overview

You will be responsible for daily order booking and order processing in our team for virtualization software. You will support all sales activities to achieve team and company goals. You will prioritize your tasks to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).

What You Will Do

You will efficiently and professionally process customer inquiries to find timely solutions. You will maintain close relationships with internal sales departments and escalate problems early to the team leader or sales operations manager.
