Role Overview
We are seeking a highly structured, analytical, and business-oriented Senior Analyst / Program Manager to support critical Sales Operations processes, commercial analytics, target-setting, and cross-functional program execution.
What You Will Do
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder inputs, and follow-ups for critical commercial processes. Analyze historical performance, pipeline trends, conversion rates, growth expectations, regional inputs, account-level assumptions, and business priorities to develop data-backed recommendations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, Program Management, Sales Planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability and ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Strong project or program management skills, including experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex business rules, methodologies, calculations, and analytical outputs in a clear and simple way.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, bring structure to complex problems, and drive follow-through.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive business information with discretion.
