Position Summary

Accounting Clerk / Sales-Operations support. Supports daily accounting and administrative operations related to enterprise IT hardware purchasing, resale, inventory, and ITAD activities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and send invoices
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Process purchase orders and vendor paperwork
  • Enter credit card and payment transactions
  • Track inventory and ITAD asset records
  • Organize accounting documents and spreadsheets
  • Assist with payment reconciliation and reporting
  • Support daily office and operational tasks

Qualifications

  • Basic Excel and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn accounting and operations

Preferred Skills

  • QuickBooks experience
  • Administrative or bookkeeping experience

This is a REMOTE role. Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm
