Donor Database Data Analyst

The Data Analyst serves as the primary manager of TechnoServe’s donor database, Raiser’s Edge, and is responsible for ensuring that data is entered effectively, efficiently, and accurately. This role oversees the integrity and reliability of the database as a whole—establishing and enforcing data standards, building reports and queries, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement in how the organization captures and uses donor information.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 3 years relevant experience in database management or, Master’s Degree + 1-year relevant experience
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or CRM
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English language
• Time management skills; ability to work well independently
• Inherent value and respect for voices of staff at all organizational levels, external stakeholders, and the women and men we work with
