Sales Director – Protein

The Segment Sales Director – Protein will be responsible for all sales for the Protein category, including Meats, Poultry, Sausage, Fish and Seafood, across all materials (Fiber, Foam, Rigid Plastics, etc.), achieving financial plans, building relationships, and working collaboratively with other stakeholders (internal and external).

Requirements

  • 7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, marketing or related area with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the packaging industry or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
