Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Integrated Mission Systems team and drive the growth of our market share across Europe. As Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager – Integrated Mission Systems, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for high-value, integrated solutions involving cameras, radars, and software—serving critical C-UAS, Defense and Border Control missions.
What You Will Do
Drive sales growth and increase market share for Integrated Mission Systems in the near term, while identifying and developing long-term opportunities. Engage with government entities, collaborate with OEMs and partners, and lead ongoing and new business pursuits.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a proven track record in business development or sales within the Defense sector, experience from border surveillance and/or counter-UAS solutions, and strong understanding of European government procurement processes.
