Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support the activities of the physical Consumer channels and act as a liaison between sales networks, partners, the Contact Center, and various internal functions.

What You Will Do

The person will contribute to ensuring operational continuity, correct process advancement, and timely management of criticalities, performing administrative activities, managing documentation, and communicating with partners and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, management, or equivalent, and basic knowledge of administrative processes, with good mastery of Microsoft Office tools and good organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, management, or equivalent
• Minimum experience, also derived from internship paths
• Basic knowledge of administrative processes, with particular reference to invoicing, deadlines, and payments
• Good mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data management and report and presentation production
• Good organizational skills, precision, and problem-solving orientation
• Attitude to collaboration with different internal stakeholders
• Reliability, ability to manage multiple priorities, and orientation to internal and external customers
