Telesign is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the effectiveness and productivity of our global sales team. The role is focused on executing enablement initiatives, developing high-impact sales content, and ensuring sellers are equipped with the tools, training, and insights needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Deliver and support onboarding programs for new sales hires
- Translate, adapt and audit existing content into clear, culturally relevant Spanish
- Develop, update, and maintain enablement and learning assests in Spanish
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment in messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Provide ongoing coaching support through call reviews, role plays, and feedback sessions
- Ensure consistency in sales messaging and adherence to defined sales processes and methodologies
