People Operations Lead | Telematics

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive People Operations Lead to take ownership of our people processes and lead a team that ensures a smooth, structured, and compliant employee experience.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop the People Operations team, lead and improve People Operations processes, advise employees and managers on employment-related matters, and contribute to building efficient and scalable HR practices.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We expect you to have 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or personnel administration, with experience taking ownership of HR processes, and a strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and employment-related legislation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or personnel administration
• Experience leading people, either as a manager or team lead with direct reports, or by leading project teams, working groups, or cross-functional initiatives without formal line management
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and employment-related legislation
• Experience with HR systems and personnel data management; experience with Rivilė would be an advantage
• Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to independently manage priorities, take ownership, and make well-informed decisions
