Role Overview
As a Partner Account Executive for Colombia, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and strengthening the Envia.com Partners ecosystem, driving the activation of new allies, retaining existing relationships, and generating customers through referrals.
What You Will Do
Manage the activation of new Partners, coordinate follow-up with commercial teams, resolve Partner queries, make payments, and develop training courses. Identify new opportunities for strategic alliances, negotiate agreements, and coordinate co-marketing initiatives.

Requirements
- Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, Commercial Relations, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial area, strategic alliance development, or B2B sales
- Experience in technology, logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or startups
- Management of CRM platforms and customer support tools for ticket management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and high-level commercial relationship building skills
- Conversational and written English (intermediate or advanced level)
- Network of contacts within the technology, e-commerce, or logistics ecosystems
- Knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem in the region
- Experience in managing Partners or referral programs (highly valued)
