Role Overview
As a Team Leader SDR, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s values, implementing initiatives, growth, and best practices to execute development, organization, training, motivation, and directing the Commercial Team.

Direct and supervise the commercial team, assign tasks, set goals and objectives, train team members, execute sales strategies, monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage key clients.
