Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support the Power Test Division within the Semiconductor Test Group, providing financial forecasting, analytics, and reporting, and partnering with various teams to drive performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• 8-10+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience in technology, Semiconductor, or manufacturing
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong forecasting, modeling, analytical, and variance evaluation skills
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
• Ability to travel to Regensburg, Germany office as needed
